Mark Ruggles

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Ruggles is a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Unified Arts, which began operations 2001. Unified Arts leads the industry in innovation with its award-winning carrier-grade call routing and management platforms.

Mark also founded Stitchtel, a unit of Unified Arts focused on comprehensive cost management and network optimization for broadband, wireless, and voice platforms.

Mr. Ruggles works with company's leaders to find innovative ways to improve telecom efficency.

In doing so the team has grown profits for the firm.

Mr. Ruggles Graduated with Business Degree from Michigan State University.

Ian Willoughby

Chief Technology Officer

Telecom guru and technologist, Ian Willoughby started his carrer as a technical sales representative for Intermec Corporation, a leader in wireless and mobile computing technologies. For the past 10 years Mr. Willoughby has been a career entrepreneur with a track record of success.

Prior to Unified Arts, he co-founded NoticeNow, an early first-mover internet telephony and pioneering unified messaging company.  During his tenure there, he helped raise $6M in angel and venture capital. NoticeNow was acquired by publicly-traded Rare Medium, in 2000.  Mr. Willioughby holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

At Unified Arts, working alongside Chris Webb, Ian is responsible for the firm's product and technology direction.  He has extensive experience deploying large, highly scalable, telecom applications and services.  Also, Ian has designed visionary web-based APIs for controlling and administrating telephony in the cloud

Chris Webb

Chief Information Officer

Chris Webb started his career as a telecom engineer at TGA Technologies, a leading paging system provider.  During his 8 year tenure at TGA Technologies, Chris designed and built paging systems for carriers around the world and most notable systems that fly on Air Force One to provide the President with secure paging and voicemail communications.  For the last 10 years, Chris has been a career entrepreneur with a  track record of success.

Prior to starting Unified Arts, Chris co-founded NoticeNow, an early first-mover internet telephony company.  During his time at NoticeNow, Chris was instrumental in the design and implementation of a high capacity unified messaging system.  Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

At Unified Arts, working alongside Ian Willoughby, Chris is responsible for the companies R&D and was the architect for Unified Arts current unified messaging platform software.  Through Chris' 19+ years of telecom experience, Chris has developed extensive knowledge of designing and building high capacity, high reliability, custom telecom solutions.
